A story long weaved over and over again by ancient mouths under cold autumn moons to young eager ears are the tale of a legendary martial artist, Wu Ming. It tells of a young martial artist, whom after a mere 19 years scaled his way to become the best swordsman to grace the lands of China. Threatened by Wu Ming¡¯s conquest of the martial arts world, leaders of the Three Families and Seven Clans challenged him to a duel amongst the peaks of Yellow Mountain. On that day, the soil of the mountain bathed crimson with the blood of the leaders that fell as they succumbed to the cold steel of Wu Ming¡¯s blade. Many died a humiliating death, and those who were barely alive were exiled by their own shame. Pandemonium spread like an epidemic amongst the clans as they crumbled and fell apart, leaderless. It was some time before the dust settled, and once again factions slowly formed, as strong as ever. The names Tian Xia and Matchless Clan were on the lips of every conqueror and every urchin that dwelled the street corners.
"Domains under heaven, after a long period of division, tends to unite; after a long period of union, tends to divide¡"

Helming Tian Xia was Xiong Ba, master of the ¡°Three Split Fingers¡± martial arts power. He gripped many in terror, as word of his notorious power carried throughout the land. Smaller clans volunteered themselves into domination for fear of standing in the way of his noxious fury. This however, was not enough for Xiong Ba¡¯s lust for supremacy. He longed to amass all the other clans scattered throughout China under the shadow of Tian Xia¡¯s banner to form a legion of unstoppable army. Those who remained obstinate to his command were viciously butchered. Strains of rebellion however were bubbling in the hands of a rival, the Matchless Clan. The fear of being defeated by Matchless Clan¡¯s leader and cunning minister, Shi Wu Zun seeped through Xiong Ba¡¯s mind as he helplessly watched the clan¡¯s growing influence. If let be, he knew one day that Tian Xia would be engulfed by Matchless Clan¡¯s superiority.

Now, Xiong Ba was susceptible to prophecies. A decree was issued to minister Wen Chou Chou ordering him to seek the elusive soothsayer Mud Buddha. Xiong Ba hungered to learn the course of the journey of his life that had been chartered out for him. After a long and wearying search, the Mud Buddha was brought to face Xiong Ba. The vision of the first half of Xiong Ba¡¯s life, like a flame flickered before the Mud Buddha who imparted them into these few words: ¡°Golden scales not from a pond, when wind and cloud meet, a dragon is born.¡± Patience wearing thin, Xiong Ba tried in vain to persuade the Mud Buddha to unravel the secrets to the second half of his life. He was told that the prophecies to the second half of his life were yet ready to be revealed. Instead, he was to reflect upon the embodiment of Mud Buddha¡¯s words and place the precepts into practice by seeking the ephemeral wind and cloud.

The immortal words of the Mud Buddha that ebbed at the edges of Xiong Ba¡¯s mind one day came crashing through when a follower stumbled in his courtyard. The message he bore was about a stubborn young boy who was insistent on joining Tian Xia at all cost. Although he was brushed off by clan guards, he stood vigil at the steps, braving torrents of rain, waves of hunger and severe exhaustion, watching sunrises turn to oceans of stars for 3 long days. The name of the boy that tumbled out the follower¡¯s mouth was Bu Jing Yun which meant ¡°Cloud¡±. Xiong Ba come out to see the boy and was greeted by the gaze of a child with clear brown pools of eyes that gleamed with determination. He knew at once that the boy bore great potential in becoming a skilled martial artist. With sufficient training, he could even be seasoned enough to be Xiong Ba¡¯s closest aide. He adopted the child as his second disciple and taught him the famous art ¡°Cloud Spreading Palm¡±. His decision shocked even Wen Chou Chou and his first disciple, Qing Shuang (Frost). Xiong Ba knew however, that in the future, he may have trouble controlling the boy due to his willful streak. This was a risk he was willing to gamble, knowing that the Mud Buddha¡¯s prophecy was coming true and he was very close to becoming the emblematic dragon. The uncertainty now was how he was to find Wind and fulfill his destiny.

Every man¡¯s fate is like flitting leaves from a tree that is destined for the ground. The wisp of wind that carries a leaf and lifts it may also be the breeze that betrays it and allows it to fall. While most leaves fall together when chilled by the coldness of autumn, some are doomed to fall a solitary flight in summer. Cloud was born to such a fate of recluse. His father bade farewell to them in his search for the legendary Dark Coal while Cloud was still in his mother¡¯s womb and never again did his father¡¯s shadow darken their doorsteps for a long time. When his mother Yu Nong gave birth to him, Cloud did not cry or bawl like other babies. He carried his numbing silence and never let a word escape his lips until he was two. When he was four, a comrade of his father¡¯s returned Cloud¡¯s father to them, his body withering from an ailment that ravaged his health. Not long after a bleak battle for his life, Cloud¡¯s father¡¯s weak life flame was snuffed out. During the funeral, Cloud did not a single tear shed for the stranger he had to acknowledge as his father. Yu Nong was so infuriated by his stoicism and dishonor that she slapped him. Since then, she refused to utter a single word to Cloud from then onwards for her hatred towards him flamed and never abated. Her motherly empathy however, only allowed her to continue to provide shelter and food to Cloud, adding to his reclusive nature.

When Cloud was five, Yu Nong remarried a man called Huo Bu Tian. Hua was a virtuous man, just and magnanimous in his love towards his own sons and Cloud. Cloud was blessed with a new name: Huo Jing Jue. Yu Nong¡¯s coldness towards Cloud remained and throughout his years in the Huo family. Adding salt to the wound was Cloud¡¯s mistreatment at the hands of Huo¡¯s sons. However, this did not stop Cloud from feeling the warmth of Huo¡¯s care and love towards him. When Cloud turned eight, Yu Nong passed away, solidifying the seal of silence that bound them. Huo¡¯s adoration for the child however, remained unwavering. He taught Cloud the Huo family sword skill and Cloud being a fast learner, absorbed every single detail and impressed his stepfather by mastering the skill in half a year. Cloud carried the high hopes of his stepfather upon his shoulders. When Cloud turned ten, a dreaded decree from Tian Xia came, ordering Huo Bu Tian to submit to Tian Xia by pledging their allegiance. Huo¡¯s stinging rejection fanned Xiong Ba¡¯s flaring temper, forcing him to dispense two assassins to purge his lands of those who defy him. Huo was slain before Cloud, who sat quietly at one corner watching the massacre of the entire Huo family unfold. Cloud fought back his anger and because of his silence through everything, the assassins assumed he was merely an outsider and made the fatal mistake of sparing his life. Cloud picked up a stray saber and swiftly stabbed one of the assassins to death. As the other assassin tried to retaliate, a man and his student, Jian Cheng swooped in, taking Cloud away with them.

Cloud remained with the man and his student Jian Cheng. He looked up to the man with much reverence, and watched in awe when the found the man teaching Jian Cheng a sword stance. Secretly, he tried following and learning the stance himself but one day, he was discovered practicing. Cloud implored the man for a chance to learn the stance. The man saw great potential in the eager child, but he could sense looming evil within the crevices of the child¡¯s heart. He feared that the stance would not help subdue the greater evil within that may engulf him when he grows older. He suggested sending Cloud off to his friend Bu Xu of Min Yin Temple, with hope that Bu Xu would be able to tame him. Cloud was offended and repulsed by the decision, thinking the reason why he was denied the chance to learn the stance was the possibility that he may overtake Jian Cheng one day. That night, Cloud snuck out of his abode into the enveloping darkness and cold that welcomed him.

Vendetta was a soft voice that grew into a howl in Cloud¡¯s mind. He scoured the lands for strains of rebellion against Tian Xia, but decided at lastl to face his enemy at its womb. He presented himself at the heavily guarded steps of Tian Xia. As with any stranger that approaches Tian Xia¡¯s entrance, the guards made sure that Cloud was refused entry. He was however, undeterred by this.

His obstinacy finally granted him the curiosity of Xiong Ba and an audience with him. Though he was filled with rage for the wretch that killed his father, he swallowed it well and was hardly swayed by Xiong Ba¡¯s decision to adopt him as his second disciple. He could see envy at the corner of every eye that watched him and the unconcealed astonishment upon the faces of Wen Chou Chou and Qing Shuang (Frost). Cloud himself was befuddled as to why he was blessed with such favor with Xiong Ba but his successful entry into Tian Xia was of greater concern to him. Ricocheting sounds of Cloud¡¯s footsteps down Tian Xia¡¯s hall blanketed his hissing plots for revenge. He would wait for the right time, when he was better equipped, when his sword¡¯s bloodlust has peaked, that was when Xiong Ba will pay for his hellish deeds.

No innocent child would have had a much tragic unfortunate beginning in life than Wind, at the age of 6, plunders into the melodramatic family mishaps and hard life that loops like a swiveling ocean pool, never knew when will it ends. Born in resemblance of a brave baby turtle, whose destined one day to soar like an eagle in the majestic unknown world, Wind roars through the ravaging currents each day with a heart as calm as the soothing silk aurora of the northern night sky.

Wind has a profound distinguished man for a father; the prominent saber master, Nie Ren Wang, wielding his ever-deadly Snow Drinking Saber as an emblem of fatality to those who defy him. But his illustrious legend ends soon after his wedding matrimony, as Nie Ren Wang himself willingly renounced from the martial arts world to be with the love of his life, the beautiful Yan Ying. The great saber wielder became a simple farmer instead, deeply silhouetting his past as the thick white morning mist, in concern that his revenging hidden enemies might harm his beloved wife and only child. To his dismay, his innocent protective decision was harshly received by Yan Ying and back-fired even dreadful when it made her abandoned him and Wind for another man.

Secluded from anyone¡¯s knowing; Nie family was sorrowfully troubled with a dangerous hereditary curse of a mysterious crazy blood which influenced only the males. Nie Ren Wang knows of this untold provocation; in his youth, he escaped an unimaginable horrifying massacre as his own father turned insane and slayed the entire family. This was another reason of why he isolates himself from the way of the warrior once he have his own family; he does not want to be swallowed by the cursed insanity like his contemptible father, nor does he wants Wind to become one too. Like a caring swan teaching his docile baby cygnet how to swim gracefully, Nie Ren Wang taught Wind of the tranquil serenity skill called Ice Heart Technique, to help his son be in control of the crazy blood burrowed deeply within him. He never dares to bestow his young son with the Nie family¡¯s most guarded secret saber stance technique: the earth-shattering Ao Han Six Stance, believing that Wind is still babyish to absorb the great technique. Nevertheless, without Nie Ren Wang¡¯s slightest awareness, the fast-learner Wind successfully masters the powerful sword stance upon seeing his respectable father gracefully practicing it. Truly, Nie Ren Wang had underestimated the great potentials within his talented son, even at the youthful age of 6.

But on one heartrending day, Nie Ren Wang was dreadfully devastated and fuming with rage upon reading Yan Ying¡¯s note that she left him for another man. Like a roaring thunderclap from an angry storm, his crazy blood instantaneously engulfs his emotional state into an unpredictable hysteria. Snatching his deadly Snow Drinking Saber, Nie Ren Wang hastily feeds his hungry saber and delivers hell on earth as he furiously obliterates his own house and everything in sight with the almighty blade. It ended a hurricane aftermath, not a single soil left untouched, everything was wiped out. Nie Ren Wang fled the catastrophic scene in the end, brokenhearted and furious with his unfortunate loss of his love. Wind, who escaped the unthinkable act of lunacy from his mad father, trailed behind him, knowing that his age of innocent had come to an end.

5 years later¡

Forever filled with compassion and serene kind heart of a heaven dove, Wind never blamed a single soul for all the tragic mishap that happened in his life; neither his mother that selfishly deserted him, nor his father that had become frantically insane. Being a good and obedient lad, not a single day does Wind gives up on his pitiful father, hoping a miracle day for his beloved father to be well again; though it has been many years that the once noble and virtuous Nie Ren Wang, lost his humanely sanity and mercilessly committing butchery of lives everywhere. Still, the saber master have not forget of his parental responsibility for his only child; he will dutifully teach Wind some of his renowned saber stances when he comes to his senses once in a while, though rarely does he comes conscious. In most times, he will take flight after committing remorseless human slaughters, his son trailing behind him compliantly. Five grievous years have they been acting the same; neither the father ever show a sign on stopping from his horrendous sinful act of insane violence, nor the son showing a sign of losing hope to his father¡¯s recovery.

On a cold distinctive day when Wind was chasing after his father, he staggeringly found himself straying in a blustery weather at a haunting snowy mountain of the northern region. Sensing an eerie bloodthirsty aura in the bone-chilling air, he proceeds to blindly roam into the white labyrinth, figuring that his menacing father might lurk in the murky cave ahead of him. To his disbelieved, a menacing mountain tiger instead emerged from the cave, marking its terrorizing eyes on Wind like an experience hunter aiming ever so accurately at a beautiful naive fawn. But this is no ordinary fawn; this fawn stared back to the great hunter, resembling an unconquerable armored rhino, ready to fight back with the power at hand. The bold Wind had no fear to anything in life, and this killer feline fares no more to him as well. The huge tiger was taken aback by this display of courage, and prepared for an even duel between the two combatants; death orchestrates a sinister imminent tune between them.

Suddenly, a gust of imposing wind rushed towards them, high above the cave; to Wind¡¯s amazement, out leap his grandiose father, Nie Ren Wang, from the blistering white turbulence; demonic whispers glimpse from his dark evil eyes. Not an eye blink wasted, as Wind watch in horror when his father sliced off the beast¡¯s head with his jagged blade ¨C their family¡¯s heirloom; the terrifying Snow Drinking Saber. Red hot blood of the beast splashed across Wind¡¯s pale face and soiled the daunting white snow. His heartless father however, persists on to hack off the silent tiger¡¯s head from its lifeless body, and ghastly drinks the spurting warm blood. Upon filling his inhuman thirst, Nie Ren Wang turned to Wind and instructed him to eat the tiger¡¯s heart, in which Wind strained in rejection of the absurd order. Furious by his son¡¯s refutation, Nie Ren Wang frantically dices Wind¡¯s thick snow clothing to shreds with his saber, without harming Wind at all, not a hair touch from the dexterous swift saber play. In this way, he wanted his son to feel the glacial dire weather and consumes the warm heart eventually.

Abruptly, some baby snow cubs scurried out from the cave to seek their mother. Nie Ren Wang¡¯s eyes shimmered with evil again, and eerily opted to butcher the cubs too. Wind saw ahead of his father¡¯s decision and helplessly striving to impede him from stepping any further, as pointless as a duckling struggling to defend baby chicks from a hungry viper. Atrociously, Nie Ren Wang kicked his son away and dreadfully killed the cubs in the same conduct as he executed their mother. Wind watched in horror of the senseless butchery before fainting.

Time passes, as the black night sky greets the freezing white weather of the snowy mountain. Wind¡¯s weary body was almost completely blanketed in the fallen snow. Near the cave entrance, Nie Ren Wang sits near a bonfire he made, gobbling roasted tiger meat, without a care in the world for his dying frozen son close by. Nevertheless, like father like son, even at the na?ve age of 11, Wind is as determined and impulsive as the adamant breeze in its mid-autumn flight, formless and unyielding to travel onward without a halt; never giving death his song. Slowly, the headstrong boy rose from the ground, walking wordlessly to the cave entrance, and sat calmly near his father and the flickering bonfire. Silence plays its voiceless melody for a while, until Wind broke its tune by telling Nie Ren Wang of his determination to learn kung fu and be better than his father, with a sole purpose to stop him from committing anymore meaningless bloody carnage. Nie Ren Wang cried out a diabolical and proud laugh upon hearing the strong rebuke coming from Wind, deeming that he may be too much of a weigh down for his iron-willed son to abide.

Min River, Qing Yi River and Da Du River meet at Sichuan and their meeting point become the dangerous spot for boats and ships. It has caused many wrecks along the coast. In view of this, villagers in the Tang Dynasty joint fund and built a Buddha statue at the side of the coastal line to bless the passing ships and boats, and they named it The Sitting Buddha. There is a mysterious cave at the knee of the Sitting Buddha, named Ling Yun Cave¡± and there¡¯s a legend about Ling Yun Cave, it goes like: ¡°When water reaches the knee of the Sitting Buddha, Flames will burn the Ling Yun Cave.¡±
Although the legend of Ling Yun Cave sounds terrifying, the Duan family had been living in that neighborhood for a long time. Everyday, a young boy from the family named Wave, will go three times to the river banks to measure the water level. This is a family tradition that is to be carried out by the young boy, for if the legend is true, Wave is to call upon his father to kill the monster inside the cave and his family will then consume its flesh to gain utmost immortality. Wave¡¯s father is Duan Shuai, titled as the ¡°Sword Master of the Southern Region¡± who is famed for his Fire Kirin Sword and the sword stance of ¡°The Eclipse of the Sun¡±. Duan Shuai has been waiting for his entire life to have a duel with someone who shares the same fame with him, ¡°The Saber Master of the Northern Region¡± ¨C Nie Ren Wang. For this duel, Duan Shuai has been waiting patiently.
Wave is an ambitious boy and will never want to grow up to be nobody; he wants to bring back glories to his family. He never stop with his task of water measuring as he has been waiting for the day for the legend to come true, then the Duan Family will once again be acknowledged by the world. Because of his task, Wave always receives mistreatments by other children of his age, but on one fine day, he thought that enough is enough, and decided to teach them a lesson by beating them up badly. Soon, the bullies learnt Wave is not some coward they can make fun of.
On that same day, the weather had been colder, as the northern wind started to blow strongly, announcing the end of the autumn season though the autumn rain still pours heavily. Sailing in the staggering condition, a small wavering boat boarding two people moves slowly towards the Sitting Buddha. They are none other than Nie Ren Wang and his son, Wind, who had arrived to challenge Wave¡¯s father, the calm Duan Shuai. The rain continues to fall heavily and the northern wind seems like it would never stop blowing; all as if indicating the final duel between the owner of the Northern Snow Drinking Saber, Nie Ren Wang, and the owner of the Southern Sword Master, Duan Shuai.
Wave had already sense the arrival of his father¡¯s opponent and without hesitation; he quickly welcomes the both guests and guides them to his father¡¯s place which is located at the top of a hill. He decided to impress his guests with his super light kung fu technique to move to the top of the hill, but before he could reach it, Nie Ren Wang had already arrived first.
Wind was told by his father to stay at the bottom of the hill and keep an eye on the Snow Drinking Saber. Suddenly, a group of angry men arrived to his location and started to attack him without a warning. They were friends of the children who were beat-up by Wave, and they mistook Wind as Wave¡¯s gang. Wave saw it from far and quickly rushed to rescue Wind, but his worry is proven unnecessary as Wind does not need anybody¡¯s help; he is well-trained and can take care of himself.
Wind and Wave later become good friends after the fight, but they do not know that their encounter is just the beginning of their future conflicts. Sitting beside the raging river, Wave talks about the legend of Ling Yun Cave and his family¡¯s reason for staying there. During the conversation, Wave asks about Wind¡¯s mother whereabouts, but Wind keeps silent, though tear already sheds from his face...
?
At the peak of a towering colossal mountain, the calm Duan Shuai sat quietly in front of his wooden abode, waiting patiently for the arrival of the fearless Nie Ren Wang, as they are set for an imminent duel on that windy evening. Despite his unruffled posture, Duan Shuai is actually concealing his high anticipation for the arrival of his old friend. Far on the horizon, the agitated Nie Ren Wang flashed forward without a care in the world except for his impending battle with Duan Shuai.
Right when Nie Ren Wang notices Duan Shuai from a distant, he picks up a nearby blunted knife and without hesitation, launches the first blow of Ao Han Technique to strike down Duan Shuai. Though Duan Shuai manage to evade the heavy attack, he still refuse to use his family¡¯s heirloom sword yet ¨C the powerful Fire Kirin Sword, to counterattack his charging opponent because he is still waiting for the appearance of Nie Ren Wang¡¯s unbeatable weapon, the legendary Snow Drinking Saber. However, even without the Snow Drinking Saber, the powerful force of the Ao Han Technique is still a dangerous threat to be handled by Duan Shuai. As Nie Ren Wang continues to attack aggressively, Duan Shuai comes to realize that his opponent is getting stronger by the seconds and he is now forced to defend himself; waiting for the perfect chance to strike Nie Ren Wang with a heavy blow.
Finally at abrupt moment when Nie Ren Wang lets his guard down, Duan Shuai seizes the rare opportunity to deliver a heavy attack at his opponent with the flaming Fire Kirin Sword. However, Nie Ren Wang is not easily defeated by his opponent¡¯s swift attack; he becomes more agitated to continue fighting with his adversary! Little do both of them know that hidden nearby their battleground; a young warrior is monitoring the clash between the titans, waiting patiently with a secret assignment. The boy is actually young Cloud, who was ordered by his master, the supreme Xiong Ba, to capture both the legendary weapons while their owners are clashing with each other. Xiong Ba planned to obtain these weapons to present them as a gift to his ally, the malicious leader of Matchless Clan, Du Gu Yi Fang.
The cloudy weather had now turned into a rainstorm, but the fiery battle still intensifies in the heavy downpour. Suddenly, a wave rush to the knee of the Sitting Buddha, and soon the current reaches the Ling Yun Cave which is located just right at the knee of the statue. Wave, who has been measuring the water level every day, is shocked by what he saw, forgetting that this is the most anticipated moment for all his life. All he can do is just shouts in amazed.
Before he can recover from the shock, a big wave hit Wave and swept both him and Wind towards the sea. Thanks to Wind steadiness, he quickly grabs Wave and stabs the Snow Drinking Saber on a rock to support both of them. His swift act had saved them from washing into the rough sea.
Despite both the sons are in grave danger, Nie Ren Wang and Duan Shuai are too attentive to their fight. Duan Shuai gives a big blow on Nie Ren Wang¡¯s leg and breaks the knee. Before he can make his next move to cripple Nie Ren Wang and claim his victory, Duan Shuai suddenly senses a strange eagerness feeling that the Fire Kirin Sword wants to come out from its sheath. When he turns and sees the young Wind carrying the Snow Drinking Saber running towards his father, he then knows of the situation and starts laughing ¨C he know understands that his Fire Kirin Sword cannot wait to meet its old match, the Snow Drinking Saber. Once the Fire Kirin Sword is out from its sheath, Duan Shuai feels that his fighting spirit bursts tremendously within him. By now Duan Shuai ignores everything around him and only sees the Snow Drinking Saber in his eye, and in one swift movement, he jumps up to deliver his most powerful attack towards Wind, despite of the young boy¡¯s age. Nie Ren Wang is shocked of Duan Shuai evilness to even attack a child, but he is unable to rescue his son due to his knee injury. He can only watch fearfully of how Wind is going to counter this blow.
But Wind is a youth that one should not underestimate because of his extraordinary abilities; he waited for the perfect moment and counters back to Duan Shuai, thus surprising his veteran opponent. Although his defense stance is too weak to hurt his opponent, both Duan Shuai and Nie Ren Wang are stunned to Wind¡¯s ability for a boy his age. Nie Ren Wang then realized that his son had been progressively practicing their family kung fu everyday, because all these while Nie Ren Wang had been under control by his own crazy blood and had not noticed that his son¡¯s abilities had improve so much over the years. Wind¡¯s brave defensive stance enrage the killer instinct inside Duan Shuai even more, his fury now completely blinds him to only see this fight as the battle between Fire Kirin Sword and Snow Drinking Saber, and not realizing that someone of his status as the master of the Southern Region is actually fighting a mere child. Without a second thought, Duan Shuai again delivers the most powerful stance from his ¡®The Eclipse of the Sun¡¯ technique, but before Wind can react to it, someone dashes out and attacks Duan Shuai - he is one of the followers sent by Cloud.
Before Duan Shuai could come to sense with this new situation, Cloud reveals himself and took Wave as hostage to force him to surrender the Fire Kirin Sword. To everyone¡¯s surprise, Duan Shuai is so possessed by his sword that he is willing to sacrifice his own son rather than giving up the sword. Wind tries to save his little friend by do the same thing like Cloud; he takes one of Cloud¡¯s followers as hostage and forces Cloud to release Wave. But Cloud is not someone who will give up that easily. In order to finish his mission, he commands his follower to sacrifice his life. The follower blindly obeys Cloud¡¯s order and pushes himself onto Wind¡¯s saber, ending his life to the edge of the blade. Wind was shocked to this incident as he never intends to kill the follower. Cloud laughs arrogantly with his commanding power and he boosted to both Duan Shuai and Nie Ren Wang that he is under the order of Xiong Ba to command them to surrender their weapons. To everybody surprise, Duan Shuai surrenders his sword when he realizes it is the Tian Xia Clan who wanted their weapons.
Suddenly, a terrifying roars echoes from the Ling Yun Cave; Nie Ren Wang who sits nearest to the cave can feel an enormous blaze of fire is racing out to the cave¡¯s entrance. He can sense that danger is approaching, thus he firmly grasp his Snow Drinking Saber in his hand and gets ready for the impending threat. In a split second, Nie Ren Wang was dragged into the cave by an invisible dominant power. Wind tries to save his father but he was stopped by Duan Shuai. From inside the cave, Nie Ren Wang rushes outside, shouting in fear and threw his saber out from the cave, telling to Wind to run for his life, before he was dragged again into the cave. Again, Wind tries to rush into the cave, but this time Duan Shuai had not just stop him, he puts the Snow Drinking Saber back to his hand and threw both Wind and Wave into the sea, telling them to run for their life, as he rushed to disappear inside the cave.
At this unfortunate turn of event, young Cloud had failed to accomplish his objective, the Snow Drinking Saber had dropped into the sea together with Wind. He sent another follower into the cave to take The Fire Kirin Sword from Duan Shuai, but as soon as his follower stepped into the cave, his body was quickly torn into half. Cloud fearfully turns his head to look into the cave; and there stands the unexpected mythical monster; the fuming creature blazing ever so brightly in its flaming aura. The legend is true; it is the Fire Kirin!
