Where can I obtain FWO points? |

I have purchased some points from the Authorized Agents but I still cannot purchase items or top up the game. Why? |
Step 1
After purchasing points from the Authorized Agents – MOL.com or Gogobase, you are required to top up the points your purchase into our authorized agents member account. This account is Free and you are required to create one to insert your points.
Step 2
Then after you have created and inserted the points into our Authorized Agent accounts, go to the FWO section and purchase the FWO points offered by our Authorized Agents. You will then be provided with an FWO online code.
Step 3
With the FWO Online code, login into your FWO account and go to the top up section. Key-in your online code and you can proceed your item purchase or start playing. |

Why I cannot log in to Item Mall? |
This may be due to the following reasons :
- Game Account being banned,
- Temporary suspended,
- Game account is dormant. You are required to reactivate your account using the e-mail verification. Then check you registered e-mail and activate the verification code using the give link.

What is Trolley? |
Trolley is a virtual cart which ferries your item selection before confirmation of your item purchase. It also enables you to add and remove items from the trolley. It can ferry unlimited amount and help you to keep track of your item selection to be purchase. |

Why i cannot add item into my cart? |
|
|
I have login into my account but I cannot purchase or subscribe for any item / services. What is the problem? |
It may be due to the following reasons:
- Insufficient game credits.
- Insufficient inventory space. You character has insufficient inventory spaces to insert your purchase. Please allocate some spaces for insertion of items. Consumables are stackable it only take up one inventory slot.

If the transaction fails, will my FWO points be deducted? |
FWO points will not be deducted for all failed or incomplete transactions. |

How do I check my FWO points? |

You are required to login into your account at the FWO website. Then proceed to the Item Mall. Your FWO points (red box) will be displayed as shown in the diagram above. |

What are premium services? |
Premium service are special services offered that benefits a player's character in a special way. These services are limited and are restricted to a duration period or usage. |
|

How do I subscribe premium service? |
In order to subscribe for a premium service, click on the icon of your desire package. Then click on the ‘BUY' button to add into your cart and check out to process your transaction. Please note that you will not received any in-game items for premium services as it is not an in-game item but a service provided for an account. |

When does a premium service expire? |
The expiration will depend on the type of package you subscribe. It may be from 7 days period to one month duration. The premium package will begin once you login into your account after purchasing. |

Can I subscribe for additional premium packages to earn extra bonuses? |
The packages are in various categories and various types. Therefore, please make a wise decision as once after a purchase is made, you cannot subscribe for a same advance package. You are required to wait until the service expires before you can subscribe for a new package. However, if the service is of a different kind, you can subscribe for it. |

How do I modify the items in the trolley? |

The modification can be made by with the option provided on the right side bearing the symbols - + x. The symbols represents – (deduct quantity), + (add quantity) and x (remove the selected item). |

What is TRN No.? |
TRN No. is also known as transaction number. This transaction number is important for reference in case the system breaks down. Kindly keep the transaction number as reference and verification purposes. |

What is order processing? |
Order processing informs the user about his transactions. It will show the item which are successfully inserted and transactions that fails to go through due to a certain reasons. |

- To browse the items sold in the Item Mall, please visit http://store.fwo.com.my
- Login into your account to browse the item catalogue.

- You will then be directed to the item catalogue. The item categories are display on the left. Click on your desire category to view the range of items offered in the selected category.

- For more information on the item, click on the item picture once and a window will pop-out. The window will provide you the information on the selected item.
- Click on “Buy” button to purchase or click ‘X' on the upper right to close the window.

- All selected items will be inserted in your personally trolley. To view your trolley, click on ‘View Trolley' to view your item list.
- You can also change your selection of items by using the +, -, or x to add, reduce or remove from your trolley.
- Click the ‘Checkout' button to finalize your purchase. If you decide to continue shopping, click on the item mall catalogue to continue shopping.

- All selected items will be inserted in your personally trolley. To view your trolley, click on ‘View Trolley' to view your item list.
- You can also change your selection of items by using the +, -, or x to add, reduce or remove from your trolley.
- Click the ‘Checkout' button to finalize your purchase. If you decide to continue shopping, click on the item mall catalogue to continue shopping.

- It will then be directed to the transaction page whereby you are required to select a character to receive the items.
- For security purposes and safe precaution, you are required to key-in your account password for verification .
- Once you have filled up the required information, click ‘Proceed' to process your transaction.

- Your trolley will then be processed.
- The system will then verify if you have sufficient FWO points for your transaction.
- You will then be directed to your transaction page, whereby the system will inform you on the purchases if it success or failed.
- If successful, your items are already inserted into your character. If it fails, then it means either you have insufficient FWO points or your character has lack of space.
- You will be provided with a transaction receipt code for your successful purchase and please keep this code for future references.
